Make Plan Your Week in Advance

Take regular breaks.
It sounds counterintuitive, but taking scheduled breaks can actually help improve concentration. Some research has shown that taking short breaks during long tasks helps you to maintain a constant level of performance; while working at a task without breaks leads to a steady decline in performance.
Complete tasks in batches
If you continuously start and stop that process, you’re wasting time getting back into your rhythm or catching up to where you left off .The logic behind this is that it receipts time for you to get into a beat with whatever you’re working on
Always leave multitasking
When you tend to think of the capability to multitask as an important skill for increasing efficiency, the reverse may in fact be true. Psychologists have found bidding to do several tasks at once can result in lost time and productivity. Make a habit of committing to a single task before moving on to your next project.
Prioritize your most important tasks first
Always remember that start work as priority basis. There’s a great analogy of this concept using rocks and a bucket. Stephen Covey’s book The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, there’s a chapter dedicated to a subject he calls putting “first things first”.
Try to take exercise breaks
